2015 Fulfilling the Promise
We need to see clearly that history in the Old Testament is a declaration from God about God…..the writer of Joshua has a message about God to press upon you”.
This is why in the year in which, “speaking the truth in love we will in all things grow up into him who is the head, that is Christ” (Eph 4:15) we will be looking at the Old Testament book of Joshua.
It is not dry history but the story of the living God and how he keeps his promises to his faithful people.
