Teaching
Sermons - Sunday sermons are a significant part of the teaching at Christ Church. The sermon programme is published quarterly and the sermons seek to explain the Bible and show its relevance to our everyday lives. This normally involves working through a book, or part of a book, from either Old or New Testament or sometimes through selected themes.
Most sermons are available on the website.
Christian Teaching Courses - throughout the year there are regular opportunities for Christian teaching courses. These may be aimed at those who know little of the Christian faith (Christianity Explained), new Christians or enquirers (Alpha courses), refresher courses (Lifeshapes), or more in-depth teaching (Understanding the Bible).
Homegroups - usually as follows, but please phone the Parish Office to check first. If you are interested in joining a homegroup, please contact Ian Bentley or one of the leaders via the Parish Office.
