Room Hire

Meetings, children's birthday parties, conferences, get-togethers, day or evening classes, coffee mornings, celebration meals, craft shows, pamper evenings, music exams...

Christ Church has a number of rooms available for one off or regular hire. You are welcome to drop in during office opening hours (Mon-Thurs - 9:30am-2:30pm) to see the facilities available.

Rates for 2012 are shown below and include use of the kitchen or snack bar (whichever is closest): 

Wesley Hall

A large hall, carpeted, which would hold 150+ people. Suitable for parties, exercise classes, exhibitions, large meetings, sales and so on. 

Cost:

Commercial: £20.75 per hour
Community : £13.75 per hour

Shaftesbury Room

A large carpeted function room which can comfortably hold up to 50 people. This room would be suitable for adult parties/dinners, evening classes and so on.

William Tyndale Room

This room is upstairs and is carpeted. It holds 20+ people and would be suitable for meetings, evening classes and so on.

St Joseph's Room / Hannah More Room

Suitable for small groups of 12-20, these rooms have washable flooring, so are particularly suitable for children's groups, small parties and any messy activities! There is a hatch from the snack bar directly into the Hannah More room.

Cost: (each):

Commercial rate - £10.50 per hour
Community rate - £7.00 per hour

John Newton Room

A carpeted room suitable for small meetings of 6-8 people.

This room is upstairs and is carpeted. It holds 20+ people and would be suitable for small groups.
