Children

Creche (0-3 years)

Babies and toddlers are cared for in the Creche on Sunday mornings during the 10.30am service by a rota of people, all of whom, like all those working with children or teenagers at Christ Church, have been CRB checked.There is a wide variety of toys to play with and in the warmer weather there is a fenced off patio area with ride-on toys to enjoy! Parents/carers are welcome to stay in the Creche with their children if they would like to; some children especially appreciate this on their first visit. There is no charge.

CCBBies

CCBBies is a group for pre-school children and their parents/carers. We meet on Thursday mornings during term time from 10:00-11:30am and use stories, songs, crafts and activities to learn about Jesus. Refreshments are provided and the children always make something to take home! There is no charge and all are welcome.

CC Lightcatchers (3-11 years)

Three different age groups meet on Sunday mornings during the 10:30am service to learn more about Jesus and the Bible. The individual groups are called Moon Beams, Stars and Comets, and the overall group name is CC Lightcatcher, the plan being for the children to "catch the light" of Jesus! We have lots of fun, and craft, games, songs and stories are usually on the agenda. All focused on building a relationship with Jesus. There is no charge for these groups. CC Lightcatchers sponsor a young girl called Sulmy in Honduras.

Kids' Club

Bring your friends to Christ Church, Chineham for crafts, fun and games. Open to all primary school age children (years R to 6 ). Run by a group of volunteers -  all CRB checked.  Entrance fee payable on entry and tuck available for small charge.

Kids' Club takes place 5.00-6:30pm usually on the second Saturday in the month. Check here for the next date.
