 24-7 Prayer Room
As part of the recent Giving in Grace programme run at Christ Church, a 24-7 Prayer Room was set up. This ran for ten days in May and was a great success with many people finding it an encouragement for their own prayer lives. Following on from the success of the Prayer Room in May, the prayer team have come up with even more exciting and inspiring ways to pray with another 24/7 prayer week in October 2011. The prayer room has now closed but photos are available to view here. Watch out for details of the next one!
Christ Church Prayer Room
Feel free to drop in anytime the church is open to use our prayer room. This room is a quiet place for meditation and prayer. Currently we have a display about our Mission Partners, so do come along and learn more about them and pray for their work or just to spend some quiet time with God.
Regular Prayer Meetings
Usually 4th Monday of each month from 8-9pm in the Worship Area at Christ Church. We would like to encourage everyone to come and join us in these meetings as we pray for our church, our community and our world. Everyone is welcome and you do not need to pray out loud! See the last section of the Weekly Newsletter for details of the weekly prayer diary and the date of our next meeting.
If you have any prayer requests, please write them on the prayer board in the foyer; or pass them to Ian or Ruth in the Parish Office.
